Ingredients:

        • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) butter
        • 2 tablespoons (16 g) all-purpose flour
            • 1 clove garlic, minced
            • 250 grams (8.8 ounces) cream cheese
            • Salt to taste2 cups (480 ml) milk
                • 3 large eggs
                • 1 teaspoon sugar
                • Salt to tasteFor the Casserole:
                • 1 cup (240 ml) milk
                • 1 cup (120 g) all-purpose flour
                • 30 grams (2 tablespoons) melted butter

               

                • 1/2 cup (120 ml) warm water
                • 250-300 grams (8.8-10.6 ounces) fresh spinach (or frozen)
                • 1 onion, finely chopped

               

      • Nutmeg to taste
      • 60 grams (1/2 cup) pizza mozzarella, shredded
