Cajun Corn on the Cob

Instructions:
1. Start by heating a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. While the skillet is heating, prepare the corn by cutting each ear in half to make 8 smaller pieces.
3, In a small bowl, mix together the Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
4, Once the skillet is hot, add the butter and allow it to melt, coating the bottom of the skillet evenly.
5. Place the corn pieces in the skillet, arranging them in a single layer. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the corn is lightly charred and cooked through.
6. Sprinkle the Cajun seasoning mixture evenly over the corn, turning the pieces to coat them with the seasoning. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the seasoning to slightly toast.
7. Remove the skillet from heat. Garnish the corn with fresh chopped parsley.
Serve the skillet Cajun corn on the cob immediately while it’s still hot and enjoy!
