Classic Homemade Strawberry Cheesecake

3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 large eggs
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup strawberry jam

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
