Crispy Ham Rolls: How to Make Them Delicious!

  • Preparation

    1. Put 2 slices of ham on top of each other.
    2. Top with a slice of mozzarella, sprinkle with oregano and wrap the roll.
    3. Continue with the remaining ingredients. Place the rolls in a freezer-safe box and freeze for 25 minutes.
    4. Prepare the breading station: In a bowl, whisk 3 eggs with a pinch of curry, salt and pepper. Put the breadcrumbs on a separate plate and mix with the grated parmesan. Put a cup of flour on another plate.
    5. Coat each roll in flour, then dip in beaten eggs and coat in breadcrumbs. Then repeat this procedure one more time to create a double breading.
    6. In a pan, heat the vegetable oil and fry the rolls for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
