Decadent Spiced Peach Cobbler Cinnamon Rolls

Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, and yeast. In another bowl, mix warm milk, melted butter, and salt. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours, or until doubled in size.

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. Spread softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle the brown sugar mixture evenly on top. Add the diced peaches evenly over the sugar mixture.

Starting from the long edge, tightly roll the dough into a log. Cut the log into 12 even slices and place them in a greased baking dish. Cover and let rise for an additional 30 minutes.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.

While the rolls are baking, prepare the frosting. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter together until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar, beating until creamy. Add vanilla extract and heavy cream, and mix until well combined.

Spread the frosting over the warm cinnamon rolls and serve.
