Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Use your hands to mix everything together until well combined.

3. Take about 1/3 of the meat mixture and press it into the bottom of a loaf pan. Make a slight indentation in the center to make room for the boiled eggs.

4. Arrange the peeled boiled eggs in a row in the center of the meat mixture.

5. Cover the eggs with the remaining meat mixture, making sure to seal the edges well to prevent the eggs from leaking out during baking.

6. Lay the slices of bacon on top of the meatloaf, tucking the ends under the loaf.

7. Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the bacon is crispy on top.

8. Once cooked, remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

9. Serve the Easter meatloaf slices with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!

This meatloaf is not only delicious but also visually impressive with the boiled eggs hidden inside. It’s a perfect main course for your Easter celebration.
