Ham and Cheese Rolls

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare Filling: In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced green onions, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
Assemble Rolls: Lay out the slices of ham on a clean surface. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each slice.
Roll Up: Carefully roll up each ham slice with the filling into a tight roll.
Coat with Pork Rinds: Roll each ham and cheese roll in the crushed pork rinds, making sure they are well coated.
Bake: Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the rolls are crispy and the filling is heated through.
Serve: Allow the Keto Crispy Ham Rolls to cool slightly before serving. Optionally, serve with additional Dijon mustard for dipping.
