Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic, about 8-10 minutes. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour.
Form the dough into a ball and place in a lightly oiled bowl. Cover the bowl with a clean towel or plastic wrap and let the dough rest in a warm place for about 1-2 hours, or until it has doubled in size.
Once the dough has increased in size, preheat your oven to the highest possible temperature (usually around 220-250°C).
Turn the dough slightly to degas it, then place it on a floured surface. Stretch it with your hands or use a rolling pin,
to give it the desired shape.
Transfer the stretched dough to a floured baking sheet or pizza stone.
Add your favorite pizza toppings: tomato sauce, cheese, vegetables, meat, etc.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and crispy and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
Take the pizza out of the oven, let it cool down a little, cut it and enjoy!
Remember that this is a basic recipe and you can adapt it to your preferences by adding herbs, spices or other ingredients to the dough. Enjoy
