Cook the Steaks: Season steaks with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook steaks to your desired doneness (about 4-5 minutes per side for medium). Remove and let rest.
Sauté Shrimp: In the same skillet, melt butter. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes. Remove shrimp and set aside.
Make the Sauce: In the skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Cajun seasoning. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Finish the Dish: Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Return shrimp to the skillet, mixing to coat in the sauce.
Serve: Place steaks on plates and top with creamy Cajun shrimp sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
