Honey Garlic Ribs

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Place the racks of ribs on a large baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
Brush the honey garlic sauce generously over both sides of the ribs.
Cover the ribs tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the meat is tender and easily pulls away from the bone.
Remove the foil from the ribs and increase the oven temperature to 425°F (220°C).
Brush the ribs with additional sauce from the baking sheet and bake uncovered for another 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce is sticky and caramelized.
Remove from the oven and let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, if desired, before serving.
