12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls

1 cup deli turkey or leftover turkey, thinly sliced

2 cups prepared stuffing

1 cup cranberry sauce

6 tbsp melted salted butter

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

3 teaspoons Dijon mustard (divided)

2 teaspoon poppy seeds

2 teaspoon minced dried onion

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Carefully slice the slider buns or Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, ensuring they remain connected.

Lay the bottom half of the rolls in a baking dish.

Evenly spread the stuffing over the rolls, followed by a layer of turkey.

Combine the cranberry sauce with 1.5 teaspoons of Dijon mustard and spread this mixture over the turkey.

Replace the top half of the rolls.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, the remaining Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced dried onion, and poppy seeds.

Drizzle this butter mixture over the assembled sliders, ensuring even coverage.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the sliders are thoroughly warmed and the tops turn golden brown.

Enjoy these warm, slicing into individual sliders as needed. Thanksgiving Sliders are not only a fantastic way to savor the holiday’s leftovers but also provide a unique twist to the conventional Thanksgiving menu. Their ease of customization makes them a surefire crowd-pleaser, capable of evoking the cozy and jubilant spirit of the holiday season with every mouthful.
