Preparation:

All you have to do is rinse the potato, peel it and cut it into two parts. Make deep slices in the potato, being careful not to cut completely.
Season with salt and pepper and bake at 180°C for 30/40 minutes. Once the cooking time is over, stuff with speck and cheese and return the potato to the oven and cook until the cheese is melted! ENJOY!!!
