Old Fashioned Salmon Patties

Salmon patties can be cooked in all sorts of ways, fry it, grill it, bake it! You’ll get a fabulous taste in all of them.
Make sure to season well with black pepper and cayenne pepper.
Lemon juice reduces and removes the fishy smell of salmon, add more if you like!
If you were on a diet, use an air fryer to cook your patties.
HOW TO MAKE IT :
In a medium bowl, combine dry salmon with flour, egg yolk, onion, lemon juice, garlic powder, black pepper, cayenne powder and salt.
Form the mixture onto patties (make sure all ingredients are mixed well).
Dip the patties in the cornmeal (use your hands).
Heat oil on your skillet and cook patties, each side until it gets brown and warm enough.
Serve with your preferred sauce, salad and Dijon mustard.
