Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls

Preparation:
Heat olive oil in a pan.
Add diced green peppers and onions, sauté until soft.
Add steak cubes, season generously with McCormick Montreal steak seasoning.
Cook until steak is browned, and veggies are tender.
Assemble the Egg Rolls:
Lay out egg roll wrappers.
Place a slice of provolone cheese on each wrapper.
Add an even distribution of the steak mixture.
Roll ‘Em Up:
Fold the wrappers according to package instructions.
Seal the edges with the beaten egg.
Fry to Perfection:
Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or a large pan.
Carefully place the egg rolls in the oil, frying until golden brown.
Serve Hot:
Let them cool for a minute.
Serve these crispy, cheesy delights with your favorite dipping sauce.
