Sausage, Egg and Cheese Breakfast Roll

Directions:
Cook the sausages in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and cut into small pieces.
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk, salt, and pepper.

In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the egg mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are scrambled and cooked through.

Add the sausage pieces and shredded cheese to the scrambled eggs and mix well.

Warm the tortillas in the microwave for a few seconds to make them more pliable.

Place a portion of the egg, sausage, and cheese mixture in the center of each tortilla. Roll up the tortillas and secure with a toothpick if needed.

Serve immediately with hot sauce if desired.
