SAUSAGE & HASH BROWN BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook turkey sausage over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and spread the hash browns evenly on the bottom.
Layer the cooked turkey sausage on top of the hash browns.
Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and hash browns.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
Let the casserole cool slightly before serving.
