Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15 oz each) whole kernel corn, drained

  • 1 can (15 oz) creamed corn

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened and cubed

  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 box (8.5 oz) Jiffy corn muffin mix

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional, but highly recommended!)

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ¼ tsp salt (taste before adding, since corn + butter already have salt)
