Slow Cooker Roast Beef Philly Cheesesteak French Dip Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Directions:

  1. In a slow cooker, add beef roast, onion, bell peppers, garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, thyme, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours, or until the beef is cooked through and tender.
  3. Remove the beef from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
  4. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  5. Slice the French bread into halves and spread shredded roast beef and provolone cheese evenly on each half.
  6. Place the sandwich on the grill or grill pan and cook until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  7. Once the sandwich is done, remove it from the heat and let it rest for a minute or two.
