Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink and the onion is tender. Drain any excess fat.
3. Stir in the garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Place a generous spoonful of the beef mixture at the wide end of each triangle, then sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
5. Roll up the dough, starting at the wide end and ending at the point. Place each roll on an ungreased baking sheet.
6. If desired, melt the butter and brush it lightly over the tops of the crescent rolls.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

8. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
Variations & Tips
For a twist, you can add a bit of cooked bacon or sautéed mushrooms to the filling for extra flavor. If cheddar isn’t your favorite, feel free to experiment with different cheeses like Monterey Jack or Swiss. To make this dish a bit spicier, you could add a dash of hot sauce or some diced jalapeños to the beef mixture. For a more elegant look, brush the tops with a bit of egg wash instead of butter to give them a shiny golden finish.
