Combine Ingredients
In a greased slow cooker, add the kielbasa, hash browns, onion, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese. -
Prepare the Sauce
In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom (or chicken) soup, milk, sour cream, and seasonings. -
Assemble & Cook
Pour the sauce over the slow cooker mixture. Top with the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese.-
Cook on low for 6–8 hours, or on high for 3–4 hours.
