Super easy. It’s a dump meal. Total cost about $12 or less… this one feeds a lot.

  1. Combine Ingredients
    In a greased slow cooker, add the kielbasa, hash browns, onion, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese.

  2. Prepare the Sauce
    In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom (or chicken) soup, milk, sour cream, and seasonings.

  3. Assemble & Cook
    Pour the sauce over the slow cooker mixture. Top with the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese.

    • Cook on low for 6–8 hours, or on high for 3–4 hours.

  4. Serve
    Enjoy warm, with a side salad or roasted vegetables.
