introduction
I tried a bunch of recipes for tupavka and none of them were juicy or chocolatey enough for me. And then, through a series of experiments and applying early tricks, I came up with this recipe that delights with its juiciness for days. Simple to make and perfect in every way

Ingredients
Biscuit
4 eggs

250 g of sugar
250 g of flour
Half rum sugar
1 dl of milk
1 dl of oil
1 baking powder

Sauce

2.5 dl of milk
200 g of dark chocolate
4 tablespoons of sugar
150 g of butter
Rum as desired
Preparation
1 .This biscuit is very simple to prepare. There is no need to separate the yolks from the whites. Let’s get started, put the eggs and sugar in a bowl and mix until the mixture doubles in size. Add oil and milk and mix. Add the dry ingredients (flour, a small pinch of salt and baking powder) and mix until all the ingredients are combined into a smooth mixture. You can’t remix it without worry. Bake on parchment paper in a preheated oven at 170° until it begins to take on a golden yellow color. Be careful not to overcook. Check with a toothpick if it is baked.
