Today, my mother-in-law made dinner with ground beef, but she didn’t rinse it.

Instructions:

1. Cook the Beef and Onions:

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil (if using) and ground beef. Break up the beef as it cooks and stir occasionally.
After 3-4 minutes, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Continue cooking until the beef is browned and the onions are soft, about 5-7 minutes.
2. Drain Excess Fat:

If necessary, drain any excess grease from the pan.
3. Season the Beef:

Add Worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme (or oregano), salt, and pepper. Stir everything together until well combined.
If using, pour in the beef broth for extra moisture and flavor.
4. Simmer for Flavor:

Lower the heat to medium and simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally to allow the flavors to meld together.
If desired, add your choice of vegetables (bell peppers, mushrooms) and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
5. Serve and Garnish:

Remove the skillet from heat.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley, if desired.
This savory Ground Beef Skillet is perfect for a quick dinner, and you can easily customize it by adding your favorite veggies or adjusting the seasonings to taste. Serve it with rice, mashed potatoes, or even as a taco filling for a simple yet satisfying meal. Enjoy! 🍽️
