Cinnamon Bread – This quick bread is super simple and easy to make! A perfectly soft and sweet bread covered in cinnamon and topped with delicious cinnamon and sugar!

I absolutely adore anything with cinnamon sugar! It’s so simple yet so convenient for cooking in the fall and winter. Everything from Cinnamon Sugar Donuts to Cinnamon Sugar Cookies and Easy Cinnamon Buttercream are some of my favorites! This is a quick style bread that requires no yeast or rising time.

It has a very soft (cake-like) crumb with a cinnamon swirl in the middle. Before baking, the bread is topped with a cinnamon-sugar mixture that reminds me of my favorite childhood toast, cinnamon toast! It’s the perfect bread to serve with coffee on Christmas morning, or to wrap and give as holiday gifts!
