°1 1/2 cups heavy cream
°1 tablespoon salt
°2 teaspoons pepper
°2 teaspoons slap spice, Mama
°8 ounces sour cream
° 1 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese
°1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
