1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup ketchup, plus extra for topping

1/4 cup milk

1/2 finely chopped onion

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper
