Slow Cooker Bakewell Fudge

Ingredients:

600g white chocolate
1 tin condensed milk
1 tub of glace cherries
2 tsp of almond extract
2 tablespoons of ground almond and some to decorate on top
Flaked almonds to decorate top

 

Slow Cooker Bakewell fudge

Method:

Put chocolate and condensed milk on low stirring every 10/15 mins till melted.
Then add almond extract, ground almond and whole cherries mix together and pour into a tray and let it cool in the fridge I left it overnight.

You can add amaretto but every 50ml of alcohol needs another 100g of chocolate.
