100 grams of strawberries
50 grams of sugar
10 milliliters of lemon juice
200 milliliters of cream
20 grams of condensed milk
5 milliliters of vanilla extract
200 grams of mascarpone cheese
chiquilín type cookies
5 grams of icing sugar
2 grams of strawberry powder
Strawberries to decorate
Wash the strawberries and remove the green part to mix them with 30 grams of sugar and the lemon juice in a saucepan. Cook the strawberries for a couple of minutes over medium heat. Remove from heat and reserve.
Mix the cream with the remaining sugar, the vanilla extract, and the condensed milk until everything is well integrated. Add the mascarpone cheese, and beat again until you get a thick cream. Add a couple of tablespoons of the strawberry preparation and stir.
Cover the base of a long glass dish with the cookies. Water them with the cooking juice of the strawberries, and line the side walls of the mold with strawberry halves. Fill the mold with the mascarpone cream cheese, and smooth the surface with a silicone spatula.
Mix the icing sugar with the strawberry powder, and sprinkle the surface of the tiramisu with this mixture. Decorate the tiramisu to taste with a few strawberries and a few mint leaves.
